Sport Boat Trailers Inc. Warranty

3. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product or parts thereof. In no event shall the Company be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
